Using an integrative approach, we consider the full picture—mental, physical, and environmental—so you can move toward your wellness goals in a way that’s both sustainable and realistic.
Together, we’ll determine the right session length and overall timeline based on your needs and capacity. I offer sessions virtually and in-person in Brooklyn, NY.
I believe strongly that wellness support should be accessible to everyone. For that reason, I offer sliding-scale pricing for those who need it.
